KEY #801 is a clear acrylic solution formulated to create a clear, non-yellowing protective coating. Key #801 provides a tough, UV and abrasion resistant film that protects surfaces from moisture penetration, staining, dirt, dust and wear. Providing a surface that is easy to clean and maintain, Key #801 is an excellent choice for interior and exterior applications. Key #801 is most commonly used for sealing Epoxy Terrazzo and is also recommended for sealing old and new concrete as well as exterior ramps, sidewalks, slate and exposed aggregate surfaces.
KEY #803 is a clear water based acrylic emulsion formulated to create a clear, non-yellowing, protective coating. Key #803 provides a tough, UV and abrasion resistant film that protects surfaces from moisture, staining, dirt, dust, wear and provides a surface that is easy to clean and maintain. Key #803 is an excellent choice for interior applications and is designed as an effective terrazzo sealer thereby replacing solvent based acrylic sealers. It can be used to seal concrete, masonry, pavers, brick, Saltillo tiles or any cementitious substrate. While it is a clear-drying formulation, it will tend to impart a rich darkening or "wet look" quality to many substrates, especially those of a dark or tinted nature.
KEY #804 is a water-based, clear acrylic emulsion formulated to create a clear, non-yellowing, protective coating. Key #804 provides a tough, UV and abrasion resistant film that protects surfaces from moisture, staining, dirt, dust, wear and provides a surface that is easy to clean and maintain. Key #804 is an excellent choice for interior or exterior applications. Key #804 is designed as an effective water-based terrazzo sealer thereby replacing solvent-based acrylic sealers. Key #804 can be used to seal concrete, decorative concrete toppings, masonry, brick, Saltillo tiles, or any cementitious substrate. While it is a clear-drying formulation, it will tend to impart a rich darkening or "wet look" quality to many substrates, especially those of a dark or tinted nature.
KEY #805 is a pigmented water based acrylic solution formulated to create a tough, UV and abrasion resistant film that protects concrete surfaces from moisture penetration, staining, dirt, dust, and wear.
