KEY URECON SL is a 3/16 inch to 1/4 inch seamless, urethane modified, cementitious slurry system that produces a dense, non-porous floor that is chemical and dirt resistant. Ideal for medium to heavy duty traffic areas, Urecon-SL exhibits high impact resistance and excellent thermal shock and chemical resistance. Urecon SL can be installed with an integral cove base for areas requiring seamless wall to floor coatings. Excellent for rehabbing old floors, the Urecon SL system provides a strong, long lasting, and attractive surface that resists chemical corrosion, abrasion, and impact.

KEY URECON SLT is a 3/16 inch to 1/4 inch urethane modified, cementitious slurry broadcast system consisting of Urecon SL, a urethane cementitious slurry and a silica or quartz aggregate broadcast finish. This durable finish provides heavy-duty protection at 3/16 inch to 1/4 inch minimum. Key Urecon SLT is finished with pigmented catalyst-cured coats of resin. The installed system reduces porosity and produces a dense, skid-inhibiting sanitary finish that minimizes bacterial growth and dirt and chemical penetration. An integral cove base can be installed in areas requiring seamless wall to floor transitions.

KEY URECON SLT QUARTZ is a 3/16 inch to 1/4 inch decorative, urethane modified, cementitious slurry broadcast system consisting of Urecon SLT, a urethane/cementitious slurry and a colored quartz aggregate broadcast finish. This durable quartz finish provides decorative, heavy-duty protection at 3/16 inch to 1/4 inch minimum. Key Urecon SLT Quartz is finished with clear catalyst-cured coats of resin available in a satin or gloss finish. The installed system reduces porosity and produces a dense, skid-inhibiting sanitary finish that minimizes bacterial growth and dirt and chemical penetration. The decorative quartz aggregates are available in a series of pre-blended patterns or solid colors.

KEY URECON CHIP 100 is a 3/16 inch to 1/4 inch moisture vapor tolerant polymer flooring system consisting of a urethane cement mortar base and decorative colored chip broadcast finish. Key Urecon Chip 100 is finished with clear catalyst-cured coats of resin. The installed system reduces porosity and produces a dense, skid-inhibiting sanitary finish that minimizes bacterial growth and chemical penetration.

Key Urecon TG System


KEY URECON TG is a heavy duty, trowel applied urethane modified cementitious topping. High impact resistance and excellent thermal shock and chemical resistance make Key Urecon TG ideal for use in manufacturing areas. In addition, as a moisture tolerant system, Key Urecon TG is a solution for many moisture problems. Key Urecon TG may be used both indoors and outdoors and in areas where freeze/thaw is a factor. Its textured surface reduces slipping under most wet conditions. Excellent for rehabbing old floors, Key Urecon TG provides a much stronger, longer lasting, and attractive surface. Key Urecon TG is the key choice for wet areas, dairies, food processing areas, commercial kitchens, and numerous other heavy duty applications.
