KEY #520 ESD/CONDUCTIVE is a 100% solids bis-A epoxy floor coating designed to provide electrostatic control properties to various surfaces including concrete or other non-conductive substrates. Key #520 ESD/Conductive has good chemical resistance and is ideal for any areas requiring conductive surfaces, provides excellent bond to concrete as well as high impact and wear. Application over a conductive primer or basecoat will transmit conductive readings of 1 x 104 to 1 x 106 ohms through Key #520 ESD/Conductive. Also available with Key #620 ESD/Conductive Novolac Epoxy topcoat for greater chemical resistance.
KEY CONDUCTIVE NON-SPARKING SYSTEM is a nominal 1/4 inch thick conductive epoxy surfacing consisting of 100% solids epoxy and graded non-sparking graphite aggregates. It is finished with a conductive epoxy grout for excellent chemical resistance, wear and abrasion resistance. Key Conductive Non-Sparking Mortar provides a conductive surface testing between 25,000 and 1,000,000 ohms. Ideal for military/aerospace, pharmaceutical plants, hazardous industries (dust or explosion hazards). For use in any areas where the build-up of static electricity is a concern or a spark-proof floor is required. Key Conductive Non-Sparking Mortar is available with Key Conductive Novolac Epoxy topcoat for greater chemical resistance.

The decorative quartz aggregates are available in a series of pre-blended patterns combined with conductive elements. Key ESD Quartz Systems provide a decorative surface for areas such as electronic parts assembly, server assembly, pharmaceutical processing, and static control applications which require excellent abrasion and stain resistance. Key ESD Quartz is comprised of Key #502 Epoxy Primer, Key #520 ESD/Conductive Body Coat, Decorative Quartz granules with conductive elements and clear UV resistant epoxy and urethane finish coats.
KEY EPOCON ESD HIGH BUILD MVT EPOXY SYSTEM is a 125 mil thick moisture vapor tolerant ESD system that is designed for new construction or areas where excess moisture vapor emissions are an issue.
