KEY LASTIC SWS is a fluid applied, seamless waterproofing system for concrete floors, decks, overhead walkways and other exterior surfaces that must remain watertight to moisture intrusion and protect occupied areas beneath. Key Lastic SWS exhibits excellent adhesion and abrasion, impact and chemical resistance. Its elastomeric properties will allow for horizontal movement of up to 1/8 inch without fracturing. The surface characteristics of Key Lastic SWS can be varied to accommodate the degree of skid-resistance, the decorative appearance and the chemical resistance.

KEY LASTIC CHIP 100 is a nominal 1/8 inch to 3/16 inch resilient polymer flooring system consisting of a flexible epoxy or urethane resin base coat, resilient epoxy body coat, and a polyaspartic or urethane receiving coat broadcast with decorative colored chips. Key Lastic Chip 100 is finished with clear catalyst-cured coats of resin. The installed system produces a dense, sanitary finish that is designed to provide acoustical quietness and comfort under foot while minimizing bacterial growth and chemical penetration. The finish can be made non-slip resistant as required for wet areas.
